During the holy month of Ramadan, a fair is held in different parts of Khujand, in the Sugd region of the Republic of Tajikistan. At this fair, the company “Rohi Somon” organized points for the sale of flour for the population at a lower price. So the price for a bag of flour of the first grade is sold below market, that is not 125 somoni, but 110 somoni.
